Our english speaking gal friday, Mila, will meet and greet you upon arrival. The keys to your getaway dream home placed in your hands. She is a resident of Pescara and has all the local information, where to go, see and do. Or you can simply relax on one of the beautiful beaches and do nothing. Come back home and enjoy a glass of the local wine on one of the many terraces with a view of the sea.

I am a Californian with a love of Italy and all her regions. We chose the Abruzzo region for it's central locality and close proximity to Rome. Yes, I always suggest that you make the trip to Rome. It is a short 2 hour car ride away and you will be in the eternal city.

The beaches in the Abruzzo region are the most beautiful and win the Blue Flag Award every year for their pristine clean golden sands.

Who We Are

 We have traveled the whole of Italy and settled in the beautiful region of Abruzzo.  Abruzzo is on the Adriatic and is centrally located and only 2 hours from Rome.

It is less congested and boasts a more quiet lifestyle for relaxed vacations.

Yet you are a short distance to Rome and the beautiful city of Pescara. Your money goes much further in Abruzzo than in the more touristy regions of Italy.
